We only share what is necessary for these purposes, and we require the parties above to handle your data responsibly.
5. Cookies & Advertising
This Site runs Google Ads conversion tracking. We advertise this development on Google Search, and we use Google’s conversion tag to measure which advertisements lead to a genuine enquiry. The tag is loaded on every page of this Site.
Two events are recorded:
- Enquiry submitted — recorded when you complete the registration form and reach our thank-you page.
- Contact started — recorded when you click one of our WhatsApp or email links.
What is recorded is the fact that the action happened, together with the standard information your browser sends to Google (such as your IP address, device and browser type, the page you were on, and a Google advertising cookie identifier if your browser accepts one). The name, phone number and email address you type into our form are never sent to Google. Those details go only to us and to the licensed negotiators described in section 4.
We use this data in aggregate, to see how many enquiries an advertisement produced and at what cost. We do not use it to build a profile of you, and we do not sell it.
Two further third-party services are loaded by our pages, neither of them for advertising:
